Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Affiliate Program. These Affiliate Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the program and outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations associated with promoting our products and services. By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with all terms outlined in this agreement.

This agreement is intended to protect both the company and affiliates while ensuring fair and transparent promotional practices.

1. Approval or Rejection of Affiliate Applications

All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to concerns regarding website quality, promotional methods, business practices, or alignment with our brand values.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Affiliate Program. Applicants whose submissions are rejected are not entitled to compensation, explanation, or legal recourse regarding the decision.

We may also reevaluate affiliate accounts periodically to ensure continued compliance with our policies and standards.

2. Affiliate Commissions

2.1 Commission Eligibility

Affiliates are eligible to earn commissions only on qualifying initial purchases made through their unique affiliate links.

Commissions will not be paid on:

  • Subscription renewals

  • Repeat purchases by the same customer

  • Additional purchases made after the initial order

  • Refunded or disputed transactions

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized purchases

2.2 Minimum Payout Threshold

Affiliate payouts are processed once per month, provided the affiliate account has reached the minimum payout threshold of $100.

Any unpaid balance below the minimum threshold will automatically roll over to the next payment cycle until the minimum amount is reached.

2.3 Customer Verification Period

To qualify for commission payments, referred customer accounts must remain active for a minimum of 37 days after the original purchase date.

This verification period helps prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, refunds, and chargebacks.

2.4 Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not refer themselves or create accounts using their own affiliate links.

Any attempt to earn commissions through self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or deceptive practices may result in immediate suspension or termination from the Affiliate Program.

2.5 One Commission Per Referral

Affiliates may earn only one commission per referred customer.

If a customer purchases multiple accounts or products after clicking an affiliate link, only the first qualifying purchase will be eligible for commission.

2.6 Chargebacks and Refunds

Transactions resulting in chargebacks, payment disputes, cancellations, or refunds are not eligible for commission payments.

If commissions have already been issued for refunded transactions, we reserve the right to deduct those amounts from future affiliate payouts.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities and Promotional Standards

The following practices are strictly prohibited:

Affiliates may be required to enter additional licensing agreements regarding trademark usage.

5.1 Authorized Coupons Only

Affiliates may only promote coupons or discounts that have been officially approved or assigned.

Unauthorized coupon promotion is prohibited.

5.2 Misleading Coupon Claims

Affiliates may not use misleading text implying unavailable discounts or fake promotional offers.

Examples of prohibited language include:

  • “Exclusive coupon available” when no coupon exists

  • “Click to unlock discount” without a valid promotion

5.3 Cookie Stuffing Restrictions

Affiliates may not use pop-ups, pop-unders, invisible frames, automatic redirects, or similar methods to set affiliate cookies without explicit user interaction.

Affiliate cookies may only be set after a user intentionally clicks a clearly labeled promotional link.

5.4 Transparent User Experience

Users must be able to review coupon details or promotional information before being redirected to the merchant website.

Misleading click actions designed solely to trigger tracking cookies are strictly prohibited.

Violation of coupon-related policies may result in immediate removal from the Affiliate Program.

6. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising Policy

Affiliates are not permitted to bid on company trademarks, branded keywords, or related search terms in pay-per-click advertising campaigns without prior written authorization.

Unauthorized PPC bidding may result in:

  • Permanent termination from the program

Affiliates must also avoid creating advertisements that impersonate or compete unfairly with official company advertising campaigns.
