"Wednesday," Netflix's blockbuster supernatural series based on the character Wednesday Addams from the "Addams Family" franchise, is returning with new torments, terror and a terrific performance from Jenna Ortega in the titular role.

Season 1, which debuted in November 2022, made the series the most popular English-language show of all time on the streamer, UK TODAY reported. The upcoming second season promises eight episodes of more deadpan humor, soulless glares and even a Lady Gaga cameo, as Wednesday takes on another eerie supernatural mystery at Nevermore Academy.

Season 2 of "Wednesday" premieres on Netflix in two parts. Part 1 debuts Aug. 6 and part 2 comes out Sept. 3.

What time does season 2 of 'Wednesday' premiere on Netflix?

Part 1 of "Wednesday" season 2 will release to Netflix at 3 a.m. ET Aug. 6. Part 2, set to debut Sept. 3, also releases to the streaming platform at 3 a.m. ET that day.

Is Lady Gaga in 'Wednesday' season 2?

The cast of "Wednesday" officially announced Lady Gaga will, indeed, be making an appearance in season 2, while at Netflix's Tudum 2025 event in June.

According to Netflix, Gaga is set to portray Rosaline Rotwood, a legendary teacher at Nevermore Academy who crosses paths with Wednesday.
